The hotel was conveniently located, just a short walk to many cafes and restaurants. the beach was also very accessible. the balcony in the room was a nice touch and provided a lovely view. the staff was friendly and accommodating.

The noise isolation in the room was not very good, which made it difficult to sleep at times.

Great hotel in a non-touristic town.. Locals may prefer to see the town

Locals should choose this one as no body speaks English in the town and noting to do.. I went for beach but for this not a good choice.

A lot of noise from rooms next door. Cleaning staff ignored 'do not disturb' sign several times.

We loved the hotel's location - it's close to the beach in Vilassar Del Mar and very close to the city center, yet situated in a quiet area. The staff were helpful, friendly and accommodating during our stay. The hotel facilities, such as the hamam and sauna, were great and a wonderful way to unwind. We also enjoyed the breakfast, especially the Nespresso coffee and omelette.

Personel was very friendly, clean rooms.

The terrace of our room was in the direction of a local community center / cafetaria. Local people were gathering and talking very loud until 03:00 in the morning or even later. When the weather becomes really good I predict even more people and nightly noise. For some guest (like us) this noise makes it difficult to sleep well.

Brand new that need to have some details reworked seriously

I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The spa facilities, including the hamam and sauna, were absolutely amazing. I felt so relaxed and rejuvenated after spending time there. The receptionist was incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. I must also mention the Nespresso coffee provided in the room, it was truly delicious. And the omelette served at breakfast was a delightful treat.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The room was very cold despit the heater was on, the bed sheet was not clean.

The staff was very friendly and helpful; some of the rooms are very spacious; the entire hotel is completely new; breakfast was very good.

Due to the fact that the hotel is so new, there were still some "start up" problems, and we had to change rooms a few times. However, staff was very professional in dealing with them.

That the hotel staff reacted immediately when we noticed some small untidiness in the bath. They even sent complimentary champagne and chocolate as an apology. The next day at checkout - they did not charge for car park either - complimentary again.The hotel itself is easy to find - it looks like a castle and stands out from other buildings. Breakfast was good too.
